[chuck-users] Major Sixth

Hello ChucKsters, the sixth release of Fiddle is now available (and it's 
major).

Highlights include:

* a new built-in Image Editor and Painting panel for live image-editing.

* a new image-based Spectral filter/delay node/chugin.  Updates 
automatically when image-edits are performed.

* a new FM instrument node/chugin based on Dexed 
(https://asb2m10.github.io/dexed).  Reads DX7 presets.

* ChucK 4.1.1 including feedback of ChucK's load average.
