[chuck-dev] Hard & soft clipping patch

I posted a patch implementing hard and soft clipping UGens at http:// wiki.cs.princeton.edu/index.php/ChucK/Patches/Clip. These can be used to introduce non-linear behavior, for example, to create effects similar to overdriving an amplifier. -Jukka
