Hi Dean! Sorry for the delay! .width() has been added to TriOsc. In fact, we've added TriOsc.width(), PulseOsc.width(), SawOsc.width(), and SqrOsc.width(). We've also removed SqrOsc.width( float ), since the pulsewidth is always .5. We've also tuned the oscillator code a bit, please check if it breaks anything. From looking at the code, since there was already an unused osc_cget_width I figured this was just missed, or is there any reason why you wouldn't want a width getter?

Didn't test the patch at all but I figure it should work.
