[chuck-users] ub but 10.3.9 ?

is chuck ub okay --- maybe not excuse ne got confused the latest bin for osx says it's ub but runs on 13.3.9 ? am on 10.3.9 and about to do something more than chuck -h (but not yet now how to) should i downgrade the version? if yes which one will be the best? i don't have xcode on my iBookG4 -- 2g http://micro.ispretty.com
