Hello again,

Further to my earlier email: Please note that the concert tonight in Hamilton's art crawl has been cancelled due to the snowfall and bad state of the roads.  We do expect to be still on for tomorrow night in Toronto!  If you wanted to hear us tonight, check out the new album via soundcloud - hopefully we will see some of you tomorrow!

Yours truly,
David

Dear friends,

The Cybernetic Orchestra (at McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada) is pleased to announce the release of our second CD "Shift"!

The album features further development of the orchestra's "staples" (network synchronized beats, live coding in the ChucK programming language) as well a guest performance by Montréal tabla player Shawn Mativetsky.

We're celebrating the release with 2 album release parties this weekend - in Hamilton Friday night and then in Toronto Saturday night (details below).  Before and after the parties you can listen to, or download, the entire album online (free, open access).

Enjoy - and say hi if you come to the release parties!

Yours truly,
David
