Hello Ly, I notice that on the forum link you provided, the author was targeting Android, which is not supported yet (but support is coming very soon!).
From your post it sounds like you are compiling on macOS, for macOS. Does your computer have an Intel or Apple chip? Any other information would be helpful.

Hi!
I am trying to use Chunity for a procedural audio game prototype. It works as expected in the Unity editor, but as soon as I build the project and try to run it there is no sound at all.
When running in dev mode I get the following error message:
DllNotFoundException: AudioPluginChuck
I am using Unity 2020.3.14f1 on MacOs BigSur 11.4.
