hi everyone, a couple links for y'all: 1. Mark Cerqueira's recent research with wireless networking and laptop orchestras: http://lorknet.cs.princeton.edu/ 2. audio/video doc of the recent April 3 Princeton Laptop Orchestra performance: http://www.music.princeton.edu/~nbritt/PLOrk-Spring2010/ yep! dt
Wonderful video on your own practice too, Dan! Is there any chance of more docs and perhaps a source surfacing for LOLC? That one looked quite interesting as a way of performing. Yours, Kas.

It's good; a nice take on the possibilities of the laptop and it's integration in a larger whole from a very practical, down to earth perspective.
LOLC?
Yes, entry 6 here; http://www.music.princeton.edu/~nbritt/PLOrk-Spring2010/ http://www.music.princeton.edu/~nbritt/PLOrk-Spring2010/ Looks like a sort of group-chat session, which I think is a very sensible way of having people collaborate on livecoding. I just posted it to the TOPLAP list for that reason. I'd like to know more about this. Kas.
