Finding ChucK 1.4.1.1 pakage for Windows.
Hi, I'm not able to find the Windows Installer for Windows of the latest released. The website report 1.4.1.1 but when you download it the .msi file is numbered 1.4.1.0. Gabe. -- Gabriele Battaglia, IZ4APU (GMail) Sent from TB on Windows 10, Genus Bononiae's computer.
Hi Gabe! Thanks for catching this. We are still working on building 1.4.1.1 for windows, our process for which admittedly needs an update, as we are dependent on increasingly ancient windows environments, especially for miniAudicle. We released 1.4.1.1 for mac/linux first to synchronize with the Chunity 2.0.0 release and get native Apple Silicon support out sooner. While 1.4.1.1 included mainly updates for mac, we should have made it clear about the windows build coming later. We will boost the priority on the windows 1.4.1.1. Hi Gabe!
Hello Je, everything clear now, thanks a lot. Something different. Is it possible to reach those of you who develop Miniaudicle? It is totally inaccessible to the Screen Readers for blind user, on its version for Windows, while it is on the MacOS. My guess is it wouldn't take so much efford to accessibilize the Windows version too. Thanks if you can pass this to the appropriate people. Gabe.
Hi Gabe! chuck-1.4.1.1 for Windows is now (and finally) available, with thanks to the efforts of Spencer Salazar: https://chuck.stanford.edu/release/ Thank you so much, Gabe, for noting the need for accessibility in miniAudicle. We are in the process of charting the roadmap (near and far) and definitely plan to address and improve accessibility. All the best, Ge! ~~~ Ge Wang Associate Professor Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA) Department of Music (also Computer Science, by Courtesy) Stanford University https://ccrma.stanford.edu/~ge/ ~ Artful Design: Technology in Search of the Sublime! -- what we make, makes us -- https://artful.design/ ~~~ On 9/27/22 11:29 PM, Gabriele Battaglia wrote:

Hi dearest! Super! I'm going to grab it down. Thanks a lot to all the people who put efford on it.

Glad to hear that. If you need, I can beta test for you under Windows (the MacOS version is already ok) and with NVDA Screen Reader. Just contact me off list when needed, I'll be happy to help. All the best for you and your team. Gabe.
