Chuck and Control Voltage ( CV )
Does anyone has experience / references about it ? Am currently controlling my CV stuff using http://www.expert-sleepers.co.uk/silentway.html and outputting via my MOTU card.. Any references/ideas are more than welcome! have a great day ( :
Yeah I like to control my modular from ChucK via a MOTU Ultralite mk1.
Works fine. :)

Here's an old thread. One thing they've fixed since then is that you don't
go up to 2.0 on the dac for four volts anymore, 1.0 => 4V, and -1.0 => -4V.

Oh, thanks a lot for such fast reply!
Am wondering then if its possible to reach the +/-5V.. And how can i "test"
it inside the box.
For instance for modulating a MS-20 i guess the range is -5 to +5
anyway, its already amazingly helpfull! thanks a lot!

My experience was that the soundcard maxed out at +-4V. That was enough for
me; at 1 V/octave that means 8 octaves for notes and enough amplitude to
give the VCF a thorough sweep. It simple in ChucK too: the difference
between 0.0 and 0.25 is 1 octave, between 0.25 and 0.5 is 1 octave and so
on.
I don't know how to test the voltages without a scope or a meter - nice
gear to have around when working with CV anyhow. Maybe you could feed the
voltage back into an input and have silent way calibrate it for you (if it
can do that), though I've found the inputs on the MOTU to be less reliable
than the outputs.

Nice one! Thanks for sharing !
For the schope, maybe "schwa schope" or "Bram's S(m)exoscope" could do the
job
