Hello list, I've upgraded my os x from tiger to leopard (reason: the latest apple combo update screwed my 10.4 system..:( ) and now, when running chuck, I get the following error: chuck[11494:10b] Error loading /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/ DVCPROHDAudio.plugin/Contents/MacOS/DVCPROHDAudio: dlopen(/Library/ Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/DVCPROHDAudio.plugin/Contents/MacOS/DVCPROHDAudio, 262): Symbol not found: __keymgr_get_per_thread_data Referenced from: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/DVCPROHDAudio.plugin/ Contents/MacOS/DVCPROHDAudio Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib 2008-03-29 23:19:31.110 chuck[11494:10b] Cannot find function pointer NewPlugIn for factory C5A4CE5B-0BB8-11D8-9D75-0003939615B6 in CFBundle/ CFPlugIn 0xc115c0 (bundle, not loaded) [test.ck]: syntax error yet, chuck seems to perform alright. Has anyone had the same? any solutions or ideas on what this error means and how is this affecting chuck? BTW, I'm running chuck-1.2.1.1. thanks, eduard
You can try to move the
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/DVCPROHDAudio.plugin to a different folder
(but kepp the back up).
I've found users with other problems coursed of the same driver plugin.
Don't know exactly what DVCPROHDAudio.plugin is for.
