Hi Gasten, I've discovered that there's no sound if the .freq call is made before a sample is read. If you read and call .freq afterwards it's fine. So my problem's solved, though I'd like to request that ChucK prints error or warning messages in situations like this. Could you please send the chuck-file (or if it's really big or so, send a shorter demo of what's happening). Relevant output would also be nice. And which version you are using.
But the chuck-file is most important.

Oh, the dev team will probably solve this bug entirely, now that they know about it. If you have nothing else to do, you could put it on the bug-page on the wiki =)
