Hey all. I managed to spend all day on ChucK; installing it, falling in love with it, playing around with it, and coding an Emacs Major Mode for working with it. It's the first mode I've ever done; if you see ways to improve it - please do. It's extremely windows-centric right now (visible in the path to the chuck executable in the code =), but easily adapted to other systems. -- Mikael Johansson To see the world in a grain of sand mikael@johanssons.org And heaven in a wild flower http://www.mikael.johanssons.org To hold infinity in the palm of your hand http://blog.mikael.johanssons.org And eternity for an hour

This is very cool! I also saw that it has been entered into the wiki, under programs: http://chuck.cs.princeton.edu/wiki/ Also there will be a (minor) release tonight, which has support for writing to audio files, with which one can record ChucK sessions. (several folks asked about this earlier). Best, Ge!

woot! I was hoping that feature would come about. Might you also be able to provide an example for delayp? I think this does what I'd like to do but I'm not sure how to do it. :) michael
delayp.ck gives a brief demo. delayp in the works at the moment - basically to figure out how to control the scrubbing of the write head..but it works nevertheless for low budget dopplering On Oct 1, 2004, at 6:00 PM, Michael Heuer wrote:
