The latest ARM Architecture Reference Manual is an excellent publication for the info you are looking for. FYI - By using this book, I've found all the info needed to write ARM assembly, IRQ handlers, deal with the co-processor ( Enable Cache, etc... ) w/o any prior ARM system level exp.
