[ixp1200] IXA EDU Workstation CD

Hi, My name is Krishna and I am a IXP1200 developer. I have a IXP1200 ENP-2505 PCI card and two IXA SDK 2.0 Volume II cds. However, I have lost the IXA EDU Workstation CD. Even after trying at different sourcess, I have not been able to get a copy of that. Would any of the subscribers have a copy of that? If so, then can anyone arrange a copy for me?
