[ixp1200] port #3 in half duplex mode

Is there any reason port #3 on my ixp1200 is only running in half duplex mode? Is there some system setting that tells the ports what mode to run in. Its not the wires or the switch the 1200 is attached to, so I've deduced that its he boards fault. Najati
