[ixp1200] Binary format of ME instructions

Hello, I wonder how to obtain the document on the binary format of ME instructions. In the *.list file, there is a hex value associated with each ME instruction, is the number the binary format of the corresponding instruction? If so, how do I interprete it? Thanks, Yan
