[ixp1200] Boards without debug port.

Hi, It seems that most people work on ixp1200 boards with a debug ethernet port, which can be used to boot and then debug, with tools such as WorkBench, the board. While, ENP2505 from Radisys without such a port. It can be booted by the host machine via PCI. And when booted, a pair of psedo ethernet interfaces are setup also via PCI, for the communication between the board and the host. It's convenient and efficient.
