Hi Deepak. Hope I understand the question properly. If you are new to IXP1200 programming and doing first practices I recommend you to start on the developer's workbench. As a matter of fact you can install the developer's workbench in any computer and practice there (I mean you don't need the network processor board on your computer to run the example programs). After that you can switch to the board, but I haven't got there yet. Best regards.
