Hi Gustavo, Nitin. The answer to your problem is easy. I assume you copied the example code from the CD of the Erik and Aaron's book. Just be sure the files you copied don't have the read-only attribute (all of them). After that you should be able to run the examples properly. Best regards,

I'm trying to run the Chapter 5 example of Aaron Kunze & Erik Johnson book, but when I build the project trows the next error: (0): error : Could not create .ind file C:\IXP1200\examples\Chapter03\HelloWorld.ind Does anybody

know what's the cause of this error or how can i correct it?

  Hi, u r trying 2 run chapter 5 program then how come error says tht it can't create file hellowworld.ind , i mean tht must be a file needed 4 chapter3 prog, not for chapter5 eg. prog.

have u included the directory where IXP.h file is there, in the

uild settings u have to include ..\common\ directory too.
