Yes, it is possible. The approach depends on which device is to be the bus master. If the StrongARM is to be the bus master, it needs to know the physical bus address of the target location. If the other device (disk controller) is to be the bus master, it needs to know the physical bus address of the target memory on the StrongARM. In either case, you will need to familiarize yourself with the PCI bus, the mapping registers on the StrongARM, and the disk controller device driver.
