Hello. I have gotten many informations from VERA project source and this mailing list-source. Thanks! I have one Question. When is LED of Etherenet turned on? I think that after 'Eth_InitPort(i)', 'Eth_StartPort(i)' function is called, LEDs are turned on. But those are not turned on! What is problem? Broken? LEDs are turned on at any other time? Plz, answer. Thanks.

On my boards, the link lights come on if there is power to the board and port is connected to another port. The activity light is one when a packet is sent and received.

Check whether you are using the right type of cable (crossover or regular) and whether the other port you are connected to is active. Zuki -- Yitzchak Gottlieb zuki@CS.Princeton.EDU
Thank for reply.
But cable is right and other-side port is active.
I will describe my situation more specifically.
My IXP EB is connected to PCI slot of Linux PC machine.
And device drive of IXP EB is surely came from VERA project source.
Ethernet LEDs are turend on at booting the Linux machine.
And those are turned off immediately.
So I think that after Port initialization(by Eth_InitPort, Eth_StartPort
functions), those can be turend on. But those aren't.
After some more action, LEDs are turned on?
Has anyone experienced this situation like me?
Plz answer, or say any Hints.
Thanks.
