[ng-scope-dev] NR-Scope is now open source!

Dear potential NG-Scope and NR-Scope users, We are thrilled to announce that NR-Scope is now open source. NR-Scope is a 5G wireless network telemetry tool for 5G Standalone network measurement and performance optimization. It is distinct from NG-Scope, the prior 4G cellular network telemetry tool.
