Dear colleagues, Erez Lieberman-Aiden, inventor of the Hi-C method for three-dimensional DNA sequencing, will be visiting Princeton on June 2nd. He will be giving a talk in Icahn 101 at 11am on Friday, June 2nd on the development of Hi-C and its applications, including the construction of 3D maps in multiple cell types and the correlation of these loops with gene activation.
