[chuck-dev] building ChucK from source in microsoft vista

I'm trying to build ChucK from the source code but I am having trouble. 
I have the folder, chuck-1.2.1.2 in my C:/ directory. I followed the 
directions for the build but when I try to make, tt gives me the "make: 
command not found".
