[chuck-dev] feature requests + patches

Hi

I have two feature requests for this summers release:

1) Allow 2 byte midi messages (program changes, for instance) to be send
2) Make chuck-jack work with --channels > 2 (including remove the 
autoconnect to feature)

Quick solutions are attached as patches...
