[chuck-dev] Making website of the ChucK code examples

I've published an initial version at chuckdemos.meteor.com. There are three
demos so far, demo 2 <http://chuckdemos.meteor.com/demos/basic/demo2> produces
sound. The other ones write to the browser's console, so you'll have to
have the JavaScript console open to see the output. I intend to remedy the
latter in a future version by displaying an HTML console.
