[chuck-users] feature requests: included directories and .chuckrc

Since you guys are implementing neat little features so quickly,
here's another -- the ability to include directories to search for
patches.  ie

$ chuck -I ~/chucklibs/  foo.ck rec.ck

This searches the current dir for foo.ck and rec.ck; if it doesn't
find it, then it searches in ~/chucklibs/

This is much easier than doing
$ chuck foo.ck ~/src/chuck-1.2.0.2/examples/basic/rec.ck


It would also be great if chuck could get configuration details
from ~/.chuckrc  (such as sample rate and included directories :)
