[chuck-users] OSC Surface 0.1.5

Joerg,

Very cool!  I have it running, but I when I spork a shred, the " - " button
remains greyed out and can't remove it from the VM.  Am I doing something
wrong?  I couldn't find much documentation so I thought I'd ask.
