[chuck-users] chuck wiki uploading, old links

It looks like our administrators only enabled image uploads.  The current 
workaround is to make a new wiki page, like:

     http://wiki-new.cs.princeton.edu/index.php/Ck.vim

> Also, it seems that the wiki link on this page:
> http://chuck.cs.princeton.edu/community/

link updated to new wiki.  Thanks!
