[chuck-users] setDelay too big !

Looks like it's doing a random walk
with the sitar frequency.  When temp
goes beyond reasonable values - like
when it gets below 30 hz or so - the
model calls for a bigger delay than
is ever expected, hence the error
message.  Probably want to detect
when temp is getting too big/small,
and do something in those cases...
