[chuck-users] FLOSS (user editable) manual for ChucK

So far I'm finding it most efficient to paste from the source docs directly
into the FLOSS editor's html view, and manually take care of creating
paragraph tags, pre tags etc. (I found that pasting stuff into the WYSIWYG
view results in lots of html crud, mainly br tags, that then have to be
cleaned out later.)
