[chuck-users] hanging server client & mA?

When you say that sometimes they aren't so good about releasing ports,  
do you mean even after quitting mA, its ghost may still be blocking  
the port?  Is there a way to flush the ports without shutting down the  
machine and rebooting?  (Because sometimes that seems like the only  
thing that works.)  Is there a way to scan ports and see what/who is  
using them?
