[chuck-users] build for OSX 10.11 (El Cap)

Hi Althea,

While you can download the developer tools without cost and compile ChucK,
we do have a beta release up that fixes El Capitan issues. Check out:
https://ccrma.stanford.edu/~spencer/chuck/chuck-1.3.5.2-beta-2.pkg
and let us know if you encounter any additional problems.
