[chuck-users] Loading Chugins

Hi Jesse,


after I installed ChucK 1.4.0.0 I was in the same situation. I wasn't 
able to load any chugin. so I just installed them from scratch and add 
the path from the terminal (chuck --chugin-path:/usr/local/lib/chuck/) 
and this worked for me.

I noticed that chuck looks int /usr/lib/chuck/ by default, but my 
chugins are in /usr/local/lib/chuck/ .
