[chuck-users] New version of VSCode ChucK extension has been released

VSCode runs natively on linux: see
https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/setup/linux . Installing the .deb  on
Debian/Ubuntu/etc. file adds Microsoft's repo to your sources, so regular
updates will keep your vscode up-to-date from then on.
