[chuck-users] Newbie troubleshooting Mac/Windows

Tim - one last thought. If you've mixed operating modes of chuck,
sometimes elevated, sometimes regular, it's possible (grasping for straws
here), that things have gotten into a bad state. As a general rule, you
should never need to run chuck in elevated permissions mode. (at least in
my windows experience). If this were to be the problem, then uninstalling,
then re-installing might help. After a fresh install, you'd want to take
care to not run chuck in elevated permissions mode.
