[chuck-users] chugins

Thanks Mike. I dont have an M1 machine yet but try adding ARCHS=arm64 to
the make step:

$ ARCHS=arm64 make
$ sudo make install

Thanks for the heads up on the pull requests, for some reason I dont get
notifs on those. Ill review shortly.
