As it turns out no.. I had an old zipfile
I downloaded the latest from https://github.com/ccrma/chugins

and built that, and 

 ../../src/chuck --chugin-path:./ FluidSynth-play.ck 

results in a segmentation  fault

I attached the results.. not sure if that 
works in this list.
