[chuck] version 1.1.4.9 released

Dear All,

chuck-1.1.4.9 is released.  The complete core of STK, including all
low level unit generators and higher level instruments, have been
ported to ChucK (many thanks to Ari Lazier, Phil Davidson, as well
as others for ideas, suggestions, and code).  And of course, let us
thank the authors of STK, Perry Cook (yes the same one) and Gary
Scavone!
