Looking for 82559 Software Developer's Manual

I'd like to do some low-level programming of the 82559 on 
the Ethernet PCI card supplied with the IXP1200 development 
system.  The datasheet, "82559 Fast Ethernet Multifunction 
PCI/CardBus Controller (rev 2.0)," does not provide enough 
information; it does refer to a "10/100 Mbit Family 
Software Developer's Manual."  However, there is no mention 
of this manual on http://developer.intel.com.  Anyone know 
where I can get a copy of this?
