[ixp1200] IXP1200 Resource Manager Question

I'm working with the IXP1200 at the University of Kentucky's Laboratory
for Advanced Networking and have a few questions about using the Resource
Manager library calls that I can't seem to work out myself and that the
documentation fails to address.

Would it be appropriate and permissible for me to post my questions
