I am working with the Bridalveil card and I have installed the PCI drivers
and the SDK on Linux 7.2.

As for windows, I think the drivers to communicate might not work with ME
and other versions, between NT and 2000, I am not sure.

But if you are using just the commandline assembler on Windows, then it
doesnt make difference which Windows version you install on.
