I also have this problem.

Commercial Device Programmers and TSOP adapters are mighty expensive.

Does anyone know of a cheap solution? (Perhaps a simple DIY device
programmer? Does anyone know where to get a TSOP socket adapter for
cheap?)

Can anyone offer access to their equipment?
