[ixp1200] ENP-2505 fails to work with Dell Optiplex GX260

Hi,
 
I get an ixp1200 board from Radisys, ENP2505. But it can not work with my PC, a
Dell Optiplex GX260. When it's plugged in, the machine fails to boot, but
resets endlessly. The chips set of the mainboard is Intel845G. Does anyone have
any idea?
