[ixp1200] tcpdump

Do you really want to run tcpdump on the 1200? Wouldn't you be better 
off monitoring the nets that the interfaces are on? From what I've seen 
the linux running on the core doesn't really know about the external 
interfaces (do an ifconfig after starting an application).
