[ixp1200] PETH driver

They should be in the evaluation kit. Intel and Viosoft (Embedded Linux)
provides working example for L3Fwd16.

Hi,
   I'm trying to use PETH driver for interplane
communication. I'm using non-ACE framework, VxWorks
RTOS and IXP1200 Ethernet Evaluation Board.
   Any documentation explaining how to use PETH
driver? Any example codes for data plane and control
plane communication using PETH driver, or any other
methods?
