[ixp1200] futil

hi,
  I am use ixp1200 network processor. And ixp1200
network processor flash work on 16-bit mode. Now I
change the flash driver,and flash can work on 32-bit
mode. 
  But I use futil.exe in windows to write the
cygmon.img.swap file into flash,it show it update the
flash,but I can't use cygmon to boot the system.
  can some help me?
