[ixp1200] ENP2505 board as a Packet Generator

Hi All,
Did anyone have an idea on how to generate packet
using enp-2505 board? Is it feasible to generate
packet with ixp1200, or rather than using Linux OS
itself (i have no idea on how to do it!)?

This packet generator will be connected to another
enp-2505 board, further classified into different
traffic classes (UDP, TCP, ICMP etc.) and being
forwarded or dropped based on their packet type.
