[ixp1200] Red Hat 9

I was able to build a working installation on RH 8.0 about 8 months ago -
took me a few weeks to figure out how to do it, but I basicly ended up
recompiling most of the SRPMs.  I would assume that something simular
would be possible on 9.0.
