[ixp1200] Debugging in Hardware mode

Hellow,
Again struggling with the IXP1200 Hardware, Problem i'm facing is when i'm running any program in "hardware" as the debugging mode...it's giving an error that .." Error in Opening Connection to 10.5.19.164 (target IP)"
not able to understand why? as everything else is working fine....

1... below is a snap shot of VxWork Com port...one unusal thing i have noticed here...."0x7ffe64 (tRootTask): dc0 - Failed to read ethernet address

2...FTP server is running fine...IXP kit is downloading the boot file (VxWorks correctly).. 

3..Tonado server is launching correctly...below is snap shot of the log console..

can anyone help me out, as i'm struggling wd. this frm a v long time now....even a hint wd. b of gr8 help....
